Production Engineer

Woodmax is looking for a production assistant who has experience with furniture sample creation who can support our design manager. The candidate should expect 50/50 of their time working both in office and production, in close collaboration with department supervisors. Hands on work is expected when samples are created. Ability to design jigs and cutting tools in SolidWorks and BOM creation for production. Additional jobs and requirements as below:

Roles & Responsibilities  

  • Implement new products in production.

  • Ensure the possibility of manufacturing products with usage of existing machinery.

  • Ensure the necessary tools for machinery are available.

  • Creating and manufacturing of necessary jigs for product manufacturing and inspection.  

  • Definition of best possible rooting in cooperation with manufacturing.

  • Create samples for new products.

  • Create cutting lists for new products.

  • Study and implement construction changes.

  • Design of tools for machinery.

  • Design of necessary jigs for product manufacturing and inspection.

  • Design with effective use of waste wood.

  • Definition of BOM and calculation used materials.

  • Analyze possible QC issues and propose a solution.

  • Special Tasks. 

  • In some special situation you are expected to help and assist your colleagues for a short and temporary period. 

Qualifications 

  • English knowledge (B2/C1 level required, certificate not necessary or willingness to achieve the level in period of 12 months). 

  • Computer skills. 

  • Solid Works -professional level required.

  • MS Office required.

  • ERP experience preferred, but not a must.

  • Preferred working experience 2 – 5 years in similar position.

Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and business-minded data professional to join our team. You will turn raw costing and production data into clear, actionable insights — and work closely with the Board of Directors on strategic decisions. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

Data & Analytics   

  • Control and analyze our costing data pipeline.  

  • Build and improve BI dashboards for operational and financial reporting.  

  • Optimize the end-to-end data collection, transformation, and visualization workflow.  

  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with clear narrative and actionable recommendations.  

Business Partnership 

  • Work directly with the Board of Directors on strategic analysis and decision support.  

  • Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.  

  • Bridge the gap between data and real operational activities.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.  

  • Proven hands-on experience as a data analyst or data scientist.  

  • Strong Power BI proficiency (or similar tool).  

  • Proficient in English — written and spoken.  

  • Business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate independently.
